Shipping Policy

Homesteader Hemp will ship your orders via USPS. We will do our best to process and ship your package within 2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an automatic notification at that time with a tracking number. Current First-Class small package service shipping times are 2-4 business days for domestic orders per USPS website. You may upgrade to priority shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Homesteader Hemp is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized. If a package is returned to Homesteader Hemp due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Homesteader Hemp is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Under the Wix.com platform we are unable to ship to the following states: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire and South Dakota. Sorry for any inconvenience.
