We may set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the hand harvested hemp flower products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.

The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier.

In no event will you be entitled to recover from Homestead Acres, LLC any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if Homestead Acres, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
