You may request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs of the unused, unopened product within 15 days of receipt.

You may request an exchange or partial refund of opened product within 15 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to require you to return any products you have purchased prior to refunding or exchanging your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a timely fashion.

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
